Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the Construction industry. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, managing sales teams, and securing high-value construction projects and contracts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and secure new construction projects and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and procurement teams.
  • Lead tendering processes, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Supervise and mentor the sales team.
  • Collaborate with project, finance, and procurement teams for smooth execution.
  • Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Construction.
  • Proven experience in B2B and project-based sales.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
