Job Summary
CNS Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the Construction industry. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, managing sales teams, and securing high-value construction projects and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and secure new construction projects and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Lead tendering processes, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Supervise and mentor the sales team.
- Collaborate with project, finance, and procurement teams for smooth execution.
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Construction.
- Proven experience in B2B and project-based sales.
- Strong knowledge of tendering and contract negotiation.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
