Job Summary

CNS Group is hiring a Business Administrator to support the day-to-day business and administrative operations of a prominent retail and lifestyle commercial environment located in Dodoma. The role supports retail operations, tenant coordination, administrative processes, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth business operations and an enhanced customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to management.
  • Coordinate daily business activities across retail and dining operations.
  • Support tenant relations, including communication, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate business records, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, business engagements, and operational activities.
  • Support retail operations and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support marketing and business initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and foot
  • traffic.
  • Maintain a professional business environment aligned with retail and lifestyle standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in business administration, retail, or commercial
  • operations
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail
