Job Summary

CNS Group is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales growth within the Beverage industry. The role focuses on expanding market share, managing distribution channels, strengthening retail partnerships, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies.
  • Manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail networks.
  • Drive product visibility, market penetration, and brand growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team and field representatives.
  • Ensure effective stock management and product availability.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Organize promotional and trade marketing activities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in Beverage or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in distribution and retail sales management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to drive targets and market expansion.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
